Being Engineering Manager and Engineering and EHS department Head I developed Preventive maintenance SOPs for machines and equipment and executed a well-managed in - house Preventive maintenance Program thus saving SAR 270, 000 per annum which was previously being given to external contractors for the same jobs.
In terms of Energy saving, saved at least SAR 3.0 mio per annum.
Supervised the construction of Cold Store (2-8o C) for 332 Pallet Positions

Installation and Commissioning of Direct Gas Fired Chiller (Hitachi), Tablet Film Coating machine (300 Kgs), High Speed Tablet Compression Machines (Up to 250, 000 Tablets per Hr), Sugar Coating machines (150 Kgs Each), High Speed Liquid Filling Machines (150 BPM and 250 BPM), High Speed Blister Packaging Machine (600 Blisters per min.), Powder Filling Machines- Complete line including Washing and Sterilizing Tunnel (Micro Dosing and Macro Dosing), encapsulation, Ointment, Ampoule Filling and Sealing, Automatic Cartoning, Labeling and Granulation Suite.
Construction of Finished Goods Warehouse (Two Floors each having 6 Layers of Racking - in total 2350 Pallet Positions).
Construction of Oral Liquid Manufacturing and Packaging facility with Change Rooms, Cafeteria and Laboratory in a 6 Storey building
Renovation of Cephalosporin Production area

Being Engineering Manager, I was responsible of all type of maintenance including maintenance of production equipment like granulators, dryers, high speed centrifuges, Fluidize Bed Granulators, Packing machines and Utility equipment maintenance like Refrigerant dryers, Desiccant Air Dryers, Screw Air compressors, Water Treatment Plants, LG Gas fired Chillers of 350 tons x 2, Power Generators Cummins and Caterpillar up to 1200-KVA and Process Boiler up to 3.0-Tons (750 sq.ft).

Being Engineering Manager I was responsible of all type of maintenance including maintenance of production equipment like granulators, dryers, high speed mixers, Fluidize Bed Granulators, Packing machines including blisters, syrup filling machines, labelers and Utility equipment maintenance like Refrigerant dryers, Desiccant Air Dryers, Screw Air compressors, Water Treatment Plants, Electro De-ionizer, LG Gas Fired Chiller 3.0 Tons x1 Power Generators Caterpillar up to 1000-KVA and Process Boiler up to 2.5-Tons.
I worked as Project head for the designing and construction of Ambient Warehouse of capacity 750 Pallet positions, QC Laboratories and Sterile manufacturing facility for Hormonal Products.

Being Engineering Manager and Engineering Department Head I was responsible of all type of maintenance including maintenance of Production equipment like granulators, dryers, high speed mixers, Fluidize Bed Granulators, Liquid manufacturing tanks, Tablet compression machines, Encapsulation, Packing machines like blisters, cartoner, labelers, Printers, and liquid filling machines and Utility equipment maintenance like Refrigerant dryers, Desiccant Air Dryers, Screw Air compressors, Water Treatment Plants, Power Generators up to 1000-KVA and Process Boiler up to 1.5-tons and 2.5 tons.
I worked as Project lead on the renovation of Liquid manufacturing area, Tablet manufacturing area, Cephalosporin manufacturing area and construction of Sterile manufacturing area.
