• Conducted a detailed battery limits analysis to save 2.7 million USD on 176 million USD bakery project.
• Prepared the detailed budget forecast of 800 million USD Juice and Bakery project with the precision of ± 3%.
• Proactive scheduling of design and tender packages to save 2 months on bakery project programme.
• Retrofitted shrink packing and tray sealers on poultry application to reduce wastage by 7% and increase utilization of in-house trays by 23% along with the upgrade of 39, 000 birds/hr poultry secondary processing facility in 3 days.

• Juice and Bakery Plants (800 million USD)
- 464, 000m2 production complex with the total covered are of 129, 500m2 covered area.
- Juice processing plant with the production capacity 3.1 million liter/day, consisting of 12x combo (blow-fill) PET bottle lines each with the output of 52, 000 bottles/hr including injection molding for caps & preforms and ASRS racking in outbound warehouse.
- Bakery plant consisting of Raw Material Handling System (10.5 T/hr), 2x Bread line (9, 200 loaves/hr), 2x Bun line (55, 000 pph), 2x Pasty line (42, 000 pph) and 1x Cupcake line (50, 000 pph) including end of line automation.
- Accommodation and associated facilities for 1, 200 people on site and logistics workshop for reefers.
- Central utilities building including 9x ZR250 Air compressors, 65MW Ammonia Refrigeration plant, 57, 000kg/hr Steam generation, MV & LV infrastructure for 60MVA facility, 8, 000m3/day RO plant, 6000m3/day effluent treatment plant and ancillaries.

• Bakery Plant (176 million USD)
- 29, 000m2 main processing building with PEB superstructure and pre-cast concrete cladding.
- Process and packaging consisting of Raw Material Handling System (6.5 T/hr), 1x Bread line (9, 200 loaves/hr), 1x Bun line (55, 000 pph), 1x Pasty line (42, 000 pph) and 1x Cupcake line (50, 000 pph) including end of line automation and IBL/OBL facilities.
- Central utilities building including 3x ZR250 Air compressors, 10MW Ammonia Refrigeration plant, 3, 500kg/hr Steam generation, MV & LV infrastructure for 8MVA facility and ancillaries.

• Poultry Processing Plant (550 million USD)
- 57, 000m2 main processing building with PEB superstructure, pre-cast concrete cladding.
- Process and packaging consisting of 3x 13, 000 birds/hr processing lines, 4x cut-up lines, multi-head weighers, tray sealing, whole bird sorting & bagging, shrink packing, tray-forming, value added processing and ancillaries.
- Central utilities building including 5x ZR250 Air compressors, 18MW Refrigeration plant, 4, 000kg/hr Steam generation, 32MW power generation, MV & LV infrastructure for 30MVA facility, 10, 500m3/day RO plant, 6, 000m3/day primary & secondary effluent treatment plants and ancillaries.

(100 million USD)

- Milk Reception Plant of 280 m3/hr receiving capacity with 14 offloading and tanker cleaning stations & Vehicle tracking System. (15 million USD)

- Ammonia Ice Water Plant, 1000 kW cooling capacity with 2 x Frick compressors and BAC Evaporative Condensers. (650, 000 USD)

- Creation Cream plant, Juice Plant, Tetra Pak A3 filling machine and Yogurt Plant Extension.

- RO plant with 30m3/hr capacity & GEA Grasso chillers - 7.5MW load. (2 million USD)
