Responsibilities and Nature of Job:
Working for technical support team which is responsible for infrastructure services on
Microsoft Windows technology.
Installing and configuring Active Director Services, DHCP, DNS, WINS, IIS, Exchange Server &
other services on windows 2000 / 2003 domains.
Installation, Configuration, Testing, Administration of LAN & WAN in Customer Premises with
Servers, Routers, Switches, Hubs, Structured Cabling & Network Management
Responsible for Planning and Implementation of Windows Operating Systems (Windows XP,
Vista & Windows 7)
Handle and troubleshoot software installations such as MS Office, Adobe e.t.c.
Troubleshoot, repair, maintain, install and perform testing activities on various computer
equipment.
Peripheral, data communication and computer network system.
Installing, Configuration, Implementing and Support for Lotus Notes 5.0 Mail.
Working currently for HCL Technologies, Noida since September, 2013 as a Senior Network Analyst taking care of a project for Deutsche Bank one of the world’s leading financial services
providers. I and my team is responsible for supporting the Business of Deutsche Bank throughout the globe including
US, ASIA PACIFIC, EMEA ( EUROPE, MIDDLE EAST and AFRICA) and POLAND.
Responsibilities and Nature of Job:
Supporting the real time applications for the employees of Deutsche Bank.
Remotely accessing and solving issues over their network.
Using Deutsche Bank support tools for fixing issues with their systems and virtual machines
Handling the virtual machines for Deutsche Bank employees providing login IDs and
Passwords.
Providing SDOD/DOD services and support over the VPN of DB.
Managing DB RAS Server for DB.
Handling issues with their ID Files on LOTUS Notes.
Tools Used:-
DB Symphony, BMC Remedy, Citrix, Opal Portal, Supportal, SDOD/DOD,
DB RAS Server, Finca, VM Sphere Client, Desktop Inventory, DOD Reporter e.t.c.
