• Monitoring logistics activities and day-to-day operations of inbound and outbound shipments for assigned locations.
• Taking ownership of customer’s issues and following problems through to resolution. Defining clear mission and deploying strategies focused towards that mission.
• Developing and maintaining SOP documentation, procedures. Preparing customer KPI’s as well as warehouse invoicing every month.
• Provide daily operational reports that are accurate and timely.
• Run stock report to check for product availability.
• Generate all related paperwork and necessary information required for customer work orders; check all orders for special requests and posts inventory records.
• Perform accurate and timely data entry for receiving, order allocation, shipping and inventory management.
• Coordinate special, last minute shipping requests with the Transportation and Operations departments, expediting any order as necessary.
• Trace orders as required and notify customers of activity concerning their orders.
• Ensure accurate and timely client and vendors billing.
• Input all receipts, put away, moves, picks, shipments and cycle counts.
• Provide warehouse staff with necessary documents and information needed to complete receiving and to ship orders.
• Coordinate and maintain strong relationship with vendors (Trucking companies, and others)
• Oversee all paperwork associates with orders and maintain the corresponding files.
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry in to warehouse management system.
• Ensure ERP and provision systems are in sync for all clients.
• Responsible for coordinating for all physical counts.

• Daily process and input of all customer orders and distribution accounts.
• Managing all logistics related tasks for all clients.
• Responsible for order management, resources management and customer order fulfilment within the assigned targets.
• To plan, process and review the operational process to continuously improve for efficient outcome.
• Continuously liaise with 3PL suppliers, clients, forwarders and clearing agents for status of shipments.
• Reconciliation of stocks on agreed frequency between 3PL services and clients.
• Responsible for ownership of the complete process related to warehousing and distribution which includes storages, order packing, transfer of raw material and finished goods to end user or consignees of clients.
• Evaluating and processing high volume export transactions including review and verification of shipper import / export documentation.
• Ensuring that all logistics and distribution activities adhere to environmental legislation and comply with all health and safety requirements.
• Managing database using Advance Excel, Advance Filter, Functions & Formulas, Pivot table, Importing and exporting data as well as validations.
• Arranges shipments by examining destination, route, and rate and delivery time.
• Coordinating with freight forwarding team for booking.
• Coordinating with customs team to clear the shipments from border.
• Receiving and checking inbound documents and providing relevant information to the warehouse to receive the physical inbound.
• Maintain damage records and backorder logs.
• Preparation of exports documents for the customs clearance (DA, PL, Invoice and HS code Summary).
• Ensure all the shipments have been executed as per the agreed KPI terms.
• Responsible for stock audits, compliance and HSE related to process.
