• Performing the recruitment function as per the planned manpower budget; sourcing candidates from multiple channels to attract the best talent.
• Designing and planning induction and orientation plans which include communicating the job roles and individual KRAs to the employees for ensuring transparency in the system.
• Generating & scrutinizing the MIS reports and HR dashboards for workforce planning, attrition management, scenario analysis, performance reviews, compensation delivery and so on
• Planning and conducting employee engagements & development programs; ensuring prompt resolution of employee grievances & maintaining cordial employee relations.
• Executing searches for critical positions, supporting senior management from job definition to new hire on boarding
• Screening & shortlisting the resume from job portals (naukrigulf.com, & monstergulf.com, LinkedIn) & managing the end to-end recruitment process
• Working with the external partners/vendors in the recruitment process; coordinating with various recruitment agencies
• Issuing job offers and managing the new joining formalities.
• Exploring the industry best practices on recruitment & staffing and implementing them in the organization
• Forging quality relationship with the internal and external recruitment agencies with a resultant increase in quality of hire and a reduction in hiring time
• Facilitating the exit interview and executing the full & final settlement of the employees
• Coordinating with travel agent, finalizing, and issuing flight tickets for the employees
• Maintaining database of vacation, re-joining; preparing reports of the same and sharing with the higher management
• Managing the petty cash for the HR Department
• Initiating & facilitating the visa & passport renewal process of the employees
• Meeting with employees for progress reviews and assessments and for discussing their problems / grievances.
• Liaising and working with the catering company and checking the food quality & hygiene
• Administering, coordinating and managing various event in the organisation on ad hoc basis
• Collecting and managing the invoice process and finalizing & approving invoices internally for the final payment
