Preparing, Checking & verifying the quality reports, performing quality checks (field inspection & tests) and confirming the non-conformance issues to the team for rectification and getting it inspected within the stipulated time Developing project baselines, monitoring & controlling projects with respect to cost, resource deployment, time over-runs, and quality compliance to ensure satisfactory execution of projects Liaising with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, sub-contractors & external agencies for determining technical specifications, approvals, and obtaining statutory clearances Identifying the areas of bottlenecks & breakdown proactively; taking steps to achieve seamless progress at the site, performing root cause analysis and productivity analysis for improvement by implementing Kaizen methodologies Ascertaining compliance to safety, economic and technical assessments to secure the best economic results Previous Experience
