Involvement in the Electrical engineering services:
• Review of all Electrical drawings, Schematic, Detail Design and Tender drawings.
• Design development meeting with Design Consultants to improve the design qualities (technical issues).
• Project progress meeting with Consultant and Contractors.
• Work Action Resolution (WAR) weekly meeting with all parties to improve the site progress.
• Review of all Transmittal documents for the Source of materials and Material submittals.
• Site Inspections for all electrical services.

•Pre-qualification documents for materials and Material submittals.
•Weekly Design development meeting with Design Consultants to improve the design qualities (technical issues).
•Site Inspections for all electrical services
Electrical Design for Healthcare, Commercial, Industrial, Educational,
Recreational / Sports, Government buildings and Residential facilities in the
design and construction managemental environment, which includes but not limited to.
•Preparation of Single Line Diagrams
•Preparation of Sub Station layouts
•Preparation of Design Narratives

•Selection of Locations for Electrical Rooms, Vertical and Horizontal, Busbars, Electrical Cable Riser, Containments, Cupboards, etc.
•Designing of Cable ladders, trays, ducts, draw pits / manholes and validating with calculations
•Low voltage (415 v) underground site reticulation (direct buried, trenches, tunnels, duct banks), Distribution pillars etc.
