• Provides support to projects’ staff in the development, and implementation of projects, and provide support to information and data collection, archiving and documentation on specific project.
• Systematically screens and cross-checks internal and external reports, and communication material for accuracy and consistency.
• Edit reports before submitting them to the Donor and other stakeholders/entities.
• Assists the program coordinators and manager in regular follow up with projects’ plans, updates and progress cumulative reports.
• Follow-up with programme staff to submit all needed reports on time and with high quality.
• Provide the required documentation to other department’s specially MEAL department and ensure the full documentation for all the projects per IRJ standards.
• Carry out other related duties as may be assigned or required from time to time by supervisor.
• Support in desk research tasks and developing concept notes.
• Consolidate and analyse data on program implementation, achievements to facilitate the preparation of periodic reports and activity-specific reports as requested.
• Research/analyse, interpret and also, monitor and review information and data from regular and wide variety of sources for internal and external reporting.
• Provide high-quality editing and formatting for all program-related documents.
• Provide thorough progress reporting continuous analysis of the achievements, facilitate project review and evaluation.
• Translate reports and project documents from Arabic to English and from English to Arabic.
and Outreach Focal Point
•Managing and supervising the team with the Project Coordinator when he/she and MH are not available;
•Lead the project’s timely implementation, monitoring and evaluation of community outreach initiatives in the field of social protection in line with the ILO policy, rules and regulations and according to the final project documents and work plan;
•Provide day-to-day support in the piloting of innovative communication and outreach activities with international and local NGOs, ensuring that this contributes towards achieving the objectives;
•Focal person to establish a wide network & negotiate with interlocutors, partners from INGOs, CBOs, UN agencies & Jordanian authorities;
•Main Negotiator with partners, CBOs, and authorities;
•Participating in evaluating the security measures and implementations within the project;
