• Actively contribute to boutique turnover
• Assist clients with their returns & queries insuring that the brand image is an enhanced and clients expectations met.
• Develop loyalty of existing clients and follow up clients all along their journey with the boutique

• Follow brand visual identity guidelines (visual merchandising, day to day maintenance)

• Providing styling tips and product knowledge advice and building a loyal customer base;
• Providing accurate feedback on future buying trends to their respective employers.
• Overall operations of the store; Responsible for achieving overall sales revenue and profitability.
• Reporting monthly sales analysis identifying bestselling products.
• Continuously developed new and innovative ideas for improving sales effectiveness
• Coordination of merchandize display. Other duties assigned by the Store Manager.
