Project Scheduling & Planning
• Developed, maintained, and updated comprehensive project schedules in Primavera P6 covering MEP
installation, testing, commissioning, and handover for metro rail and EPC projects.
• Coordinated with design, procurement, and construction teams to ensure accurate MEP activity
sequencing and realistic milestone setting; obtained client approvals to lock baseline schedules.

• Tracked planned vs. actual progress; generated S-curves and Look-Ahead plans; prepared status
reports for senior management highlighting risks, delays, and mitigation measures.
• Tracked KPIs to ensure timely completion of MEP systems; conducted root-cause analysis for deviations
and recommended corrective measures.
Change Management
• Identified, assessed, and incorporated schedule changes into Primavera P6; analysed the impact of
changes on MEP timelines and costs and advised Project Managers accordingly.
• Supported delay analysis and prepared EOT claim inputs including hindrance records and Time Impact
Analysis; ensured all changes were properly documented and communicated to relevant parties.
Cost Control & Budget Monitoring
• Supported preparation of MEP-related budgets; monitored expenditures against approved allocations
and reported budget variances to management.
• Conducted Earned Value Analysis (EVM) — tracked CPI and SPI to monitor cost and schedule
performance; assisted in cash flow forecasting and Cost-to-Complete (CTC) reporting.
• Coordinated with procurement to control MEP costs and ensure cost-effective execution; prepared
Annual Operating Plans (AOP) aligned to WBS.
Risk Management
• Identified MEP-related risks — including material delivery delays, labour availability, and site constraints
— and developed mitigation strategies to avoid schedule slippage and cost overruns.
• Managed risks related to OEM equipment delivery and commissioning timelines; supported development
of contingency plans and facilitated timely issue resolution on site.
Collaboration, Documentation & Handover
• Coordinated with MEP engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution;
participated in project meetings and contributed to resolving scheduling conflicts.

Wrench EDMS; prepared documentation for CEA and CMRS inspections.
