• Responsible for directing overall installation and servicing activities of the particular projects
assigned to attain superior quality of field services at the least possible coast and shortest
possible time to promote and maintain the good image of the company at all times.
• Develop various reports with and for client, consultant, main contractor, inters company and
owners representative.
• Preparing monthly invoices as per work progress on site and at the factory & follow up with
main contractor, consultant and the client.
• Negotiation & preparation of positive and negative variations and related documents with

standard, protection of materials, etc.).

• Leading the Project Division and reporting to General Manager.
• Responsible for the preparation of Project Quality Plan (PQP), Installation Method Statement.
• Responsible for the preparation of Work Programme in line with the base line work
programme from Main Contractor or Clients.
• Responsible for the overall co-ordination on technical issues of system drawings, prototype
testing, shop drawings and as built drawings.
• Responsible for all the submissions like Materials, Shop Drawings, Structural Calculations, etc.
and to take the approval of them.
• Develop various reports with and for client, consultant, main contractor, inters company and
owners representative.
• Having the knowledge of Fix frames, Curtain wall, Structure- glazing, Spider system, Lift
enclosure, Spider wall, Skylight, Glass and Aluminum Balustrade etc.
• Preparation of monthly claims, invoices, post contract variations and ensuring project managed
within the allocated budgets.
• Responsible for overall work force and manpower enforcement and allocation on site as well
as monitoring & following up in detail on the materials availability on site and the installation
status.
• Upgrade & motivation of the personnel to follow-up the work programme and to take
necessary actions if it is any delay in order to perform permanently with in the schedule.
• Overall leadership on day to day liaison with technical department, factory and production,
quality control, safety department, logistics, execution and the client side.

• Leading the Project Division and reporting to Operations Manager.

• Achieving targeted yearly invoice value and to achieve business goals outlined in the business
plan agreed with the top management.
• Optimizing labor resources throughout various projects and monitor productivity against
agreed targets and taking necessary decisions on utilizing according to the company policy and
procedures.
• Co-ordination meeting with main-contractor and consultants, take part in weekly progress
meetings on site and in company.
• Motivate work force and staff of productions and projects to improve quality of works to meet
ISO standards and reduce number of NCRs and achieve client satisfaction; where it will
enhance Companys reputation in the market and obtain new projects with the same Clients.

Nature of work:-

•Overall responsible for Project works.
•Maintaining the reports of the daily site works like requirements, installation.
•Make a schedule of the work for the week and next week.
•Responsible to take site measurements, release the measurements, arrangements of the materials, coordination with main-contractor and consultants, take part in weekly progress- meetings on site and in company.
•Initiated necessary corrective and preventive actions for the non-conformances reported.
•Having the knowledge of Fix frames, Curtain wall, Structure- glazing, Spider system, Lift- enclosure, Spider wall, Skylight, Glass and Aluminum Balustrade etc.
•Participate in cross functional teams and other improvement programs.
•Carried out any other activities as required by the management from time to time.
•Ensuring the P.P.E used by the staff working under me as per the safety requirements of the site or company.
