11) Sort and distribute correspondence as soon as
possible.
12) Ensure information is accurate and valid by creating and updating records.
13) Plan and schedule meetings and appointments.

- Develop strategic marketing plan, and launch initiatives and activities for individual brands.
- Run social media promotional activities through Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Twitter, and Hubspot.
- Managing social media campaigns. & SMS activities.
- Run Traditional Marketing Activities like Newspaper advertising, Magazines, TV
and radio advertisements, Flyers, Brochures, and billboards.
- Run Brand building activities through social media.
- Implement marketing plans that include outdoor print, in-store branding, events, and online content.
- Able to schedule new launches, their underlying tasks, and milestones and ensure timelines are adhered to.
- Create brand advertising campaigns, and support the marketing and design teams by coordinating and collating content.
- Set up tracking systems for marketing campaigns, and online activities and share the same on the monthly dashboard.
- Create, maintain, and strengthen the organization’s overall brand through all media avenues.
- Simplify complex data into a user-friendly format such as graphs, charts, and other visual aids for clients and management.
