Supports the entire proposal life cycle from opportunity identification to contract sign-off: prepares proposal documents, meets required deadlines, and ensures that the final output is compliant with the RFP and proposal plan;
• Coordinates and edits text, graphics, and metrics for sales documents such as proposals, qualifications, and presentation slides.
• Maintains general proposal files/folders including project descriptions, resumes, written proposal sections, graphics, and related templates;
• Produces, and maintains additional sales materials, such as; conference packages, press releases, presentation materials, etc.;
• Networks with business development staff companywide to exchange sales-related information during multi-office collaboration proposal efforts;
• As appropriate, manages and co-facilitates response efforts for client questionnaires, prequalifications/registrations, small sales opportunities (letter proposals), and volumes/sections on larger opportunities;
• Distributes RFP and associated materials and ensures that all updates, amendments, and modifications are communicated across the proposal development team;
• Ensures that all sales documents comply with company branding and identity program format and style;
• Controls, maintains and supports proposal collaboration tool (Sharepoint) content and use;
• Develops, prepares, and updates non-opportunity specific/additional sales qualification and reference materials in designated information management systems; and,
• Conducts client, competitor and market research, as required in support of client and/or opportunity strategy development, and provides corresponding analysis.
