Essential duties
-Set up the career department
-Recruit, train and manage a team of 7 employees (career’s managers) over 6 sites
-Develop and implement the career strategy and processes
-Facilitating developments of Teleperformance’s organizational structure, including job analysis, job evaluation,
job classification and staffing planning
-Manage and further develop the promotions procedure and the mobility program
-Asses and identify Training & Development needs
-Create and further develop the job descriptions
-Detect high potential and setup of specific career path for them
-End-to-end People Review management
-Confirmation / Termination interview & process according to performance dashboard
-Administer the annual performance review process and related exercises
-Manage dashboards and reports
-Induction Process setup (handbook, welcome pack ...)
-Advise management on organizing, preparing, and implementing retention programs.
-Coordinate the employee satisfaction surveys and follow-up relevant action plans
-Outplacement Program manager for laid-off employee
-Monitor workforce analysis and defined staff forecasts
-Implementation and monitoring of organizational charts
-Manage payroll increases (Remuneration Schemes, Jobs Sizing)
-Internal Communication: Focus groups, internal newsletter, welcome booklet
-Develop and/or administer special HR projects
