- Main Responsibilities:
- Developing and managing all ATL & BTL communication initiatives in line with regional requirements and sensitivities
- Support the distribution/Sales network by developing and efficiently executing the appropriate marketing initiatives in line with overall objectives and strategies

- Advertising Agency Relation:
- Taking internal promotional activity briefs and converting them to clear briefs for the advertising agency.
- Briefing, managing and updating the advertising agency:
o On creative and copy for both above the line and below the line requirements. This includes but not limited to press advertising, outdoors advertising, direct marketing, radio, point of sale material and other.
o Checking and insuring that the agency is complying with all our requirements
o On Media plans: Strategy, placements and negotiations with new media
o On budgets for all agency related work
- Ensure that all agency-related quotes, purchase orders and actual invoices do not exceed set budgets
- Organizing corporate events
- Coordinating requirements:
- from the sales and distribution network through the regional marketing managers/coordinators and insuring that these are briefed in time for deadlines to be achieved
- Media Planning: Updating the media plan:
- Ensure that Media Plans are issued according to strategy
- Social Media Planning campaign
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of Media Plans using both internally generated information and market research
- Monitor competitive marketing activity
- Marketing research: Conducting and coordinating research activities for:
- Advertising sales: To assist the advertising sales department in their efforts to bring in ad revenue and sponsorship.
- Programming: To evaluate the quality of our programming, to find out what people want to see and what their viewing habits are. All this to ensure that we cater to the majority of our subscribers rather than the minority.
- Marketing: To continually evaluate our activities media plans creative output to marketing effectiveness
