Job responsibilities:
- Prepare shop drawings for a workshop in Bisco misr Factory.
- AutoCAD drawings.
- Coordinate and deals with the supplier of the materials required on the project.
- Quantity survey for a workshop in Bisco misr Factory.
- Prepare as-built drawings with Autocad 2D and Revit for Bisco Misr factory.
- Check the safety of the Reactors line (3) + (4) + (5) (steel structures) - Carbon Black factory.
- Prepare structural reports to ensure the safety of some facilities- Carbon Black factory.
- Use software for data analysis, forecasting and budgeting.

Project: Rozana Heights Resort (North Coast - Egypt).
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Architecture, structure, and MEP project drawings to avoid clashes.
- Coordinate various projects between technical office, sites, and designers.
- Participate in daily technical office activities (quantity survey, shop drawing, as-built drawings).
- Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities, and other documentation.
- Prepare work requisition for all required permanent materials, prepare material submittals, and follow up on the approval process.
- Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities, and, other documentation.
- Prepare the BOQ (Bill of Quantities), Estimates, material and labor cost based on the measurements of the design and drawings of the store.
- Handing quantity and costs related to construction projects.
- Monthly payment invoice review.
- Managing documents such as Shop Drawings, Submittals/Logs, Monitoring Sheets/Reports, Requests, Project Requirements, Letters, etc.

Project: Alex west building complex - New Alamein City constructions projects -The north coast-Egypt.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and draw shop drawings as per site conditions and as per BOQ.
- AutoCAD draughtsman.
- Estimate and monitor the project’s total expenditures and monitor actual costs against the budget.
- Liaise with the client and other construction professionals, such as project managers, and Site Engineers.
- Traveling from the office to various sites as may be required.
- Manage overall project communications.
- Doing time management skills to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Check and verify BOQ items with regards to quantity and specifications required and report to Sr. Estimator/Estimation Manager accordingly.
- Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessments, and other documents.
- Estimation and Quantity take off.
- Determining the commercial offer and pricing and also controlling and creating effective pricing strategies.
- Controlling company and project documentation.
- Preparation of unit rates for manpower/construction equipment's/activities.
- Monitor an efficient system, record all project activities, and analyze all processes to ensure all work meets quality requirements.
- Prepare RFQ for material supply and subcontracting works.

Responsibilities:
- Data analysis of the field work of marine and land survey.
- Conducting full and scoped Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) studies for various engineering projects.
- Recording and data analysis for marine and coastal indicators, including coastal and marine parameters as tide records, wave measurements, and current measurements.
- Design Jetty and marine walkways for many coastal resorts.
- Prepare land and marine survey reports.
- Monitor shoreline changes and report with recommendations.

Various Projects:
- Survey reports for the rehabilitation of 150 hydraulic structures along Nile River in A.R.E to Spanish Company -2013 to 2015, (around 10 provinces in Egypt).
- Land and marine Survey to prepare survey report in Yemen and Qatar remotely.
- Land and Marine survey for biggest fish farm -Rashid-Egypt -2015.
- Make as-built drawings and prepare reports for the resort contents and units for Gorgonia and blue Reef Resorts- Red sea-2016.
- Design marine walkway & jetty for coastal villages on the north coast and red sea region, Egypt.
- Land and marine Survey for two zones with area 2km*3km and study of site selection and planning for the establishment of the port in Republic of Yemen-2017.
- Study of environmental impact assessment, Land and marine survey and field measurements work to determine the location of wave hunter to produce electricity from wave energy project-Mountain view village-the north coast- Egypt -2017.
- Study of environmental impact assessment and monitoring shoreline changes and report recommendations for WEPCO Co. (periodic operation).
