Re-implement the company's supply chain, process and warehouses with the closure of the plant in Germany and taking production & processes to the group's factory in Madrid (Spain)
Together with the Corporate Manager, re-design and implement the company's production and distribution processes, covering customer orders, suppliers, storage and subsequent distribution
Analysis of staff needs, combining the closure agreements of the factory in Germany and simultaneously adjusting staff in the factory in Spain
Closing production of ongoing projects in Germany and starting new orders in Spain
