• • A keen planner with expertise in managing Maintenance activities including condition monitoring and vibration analysis of rotating equipments of thereby reducing downtime & enhancing operational effectiveness of equipment.
• Responsible for the planning and execution of major overhauls on Turbines, Compressors, Pumps and other plant rotating equipment.
• Maintaining adequate Spares, Consumables as per Plant requirements. Order materials with purchasing department assistance that are not routine or maintained as stock items for maintenance and operations.
• Experience in the development of maintenance strategies and procedures for rotating equipment.
• Coordinate with OEM to resolve the problems and enhance the reliability of the equipment.
• Responsible for preparation for major overhauls, pre qualification of contractors, scopes of work and parts requirement.
• Set up and Execution of Preventive & Predictive Maintenance principles and strategies.
• Carrying out troubleshooting, overhauling and repair of Rotary equipments such as BFP, CEP and ACW Pump, Fans & Blowers, Gear boxes and Static equipments such as Heat exchangers.
• Inspecting various parameters such as Vibration, Bearing temperature, Sound, RPM, and Alignment Checks
• Interfacing with client and HO to resolve any technical issues.
• Familiar with various codes, standards and procedures like API, ASME, and ASNT
• Carrying out inspection tests for engineering and development to ensure performance capacity of various machines & equipments refereeing codes
• Maintain Equipment History records, Manuals, Blue print drawings, datasheets, and Technical specifications for each part.
• Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

• • Engaged in detailed planning & Schedule preparation and monitoring for Installation and Pre Commissioning of GE Frame 9 Gas Turbines.
• Reviewing, executing functional, and pre commissioning test procedures, Co-ordination, and supervision of field Engineers and Technicians.
• Attending daily Mechanical meeting and submitting the daily progress report to Rotating Equipment Manager. and Interfaces with other disciplines and third parties
• Experience in Material Requisition & selection, Technical Bid Analysis, Vendor document review.
• Conversant with API standards and international codes.
• Fully involved in various pre-commissioning activities such as Air blowing, Lube oil flushing, Turbine, Compressor and Pump - mechanical runs and solo runs.
• Identifying the material as per the material take off list and isometric drawings and P&ID.
• Participates in the development of design and installation specifications along with commissioning plans.
• Anchoring erection & commissioning of machines & equipments and ensuring completion of project in minimum turnaround time effective resource utilization to maximize the output.
• Develops engineering and technical solutions to improve reliability of systems
• Execution of fabrication work for Piping, Tanks, Vessels, Drums, structure, etc,
• Fabrication of CS, MS and SS piping for the entire project. Monitoring the Work, Welders techniques during in process welding.
• Erection and Commissioning of Centrifugal fans, Multi impeller pumps, blowers, DG sets, compressor, Heat Exchangers, etc.
• Hydro and pneumatic testing of plant piping, drums, oil coolers, oil storage tanks and vessels.

• • To plan and control site installation activity from initial site preparation up to the final commissioning and completion of the plant.
• Check, verify & review fabricated, erected and installed lines as per latest drawings issued for construction.
• Estimating BOM and BOQ, preparation of fabrication and installation drawings, and providing clarifications where ever required.
• Maintain operation and Maintenance Manuals for each equipments, Blue print drawings, datasheets, and Technical specifications for each part.
• Carrying out installation and alignment activities of equipments such as Generators, Centrifugal Fans, centrifugal and screw Pumps, multistage pumps Process & Raw Water Pumps, Heaters, Air Compressors.
• Conducting hydro test and tie-in and other non-destructive test.
• Support Contracts/Cost Engineer in preparation of contractual claims and invoices.
• Erection of structures, pipe racks, Air ducts, overhead platforms, EOT cranes, pipe supports, etc.

• To execute & monitor Production Planning & delivery of product for Machine Shop & Fabrication Shop on priority basis to effectively achieve desired set targets.
• Production scheduling Daily, Weekly & Monthly on the basis of PPC production plan.
• Manpower deployment on the basis of production plan.
• Trouble shooting during the production processes.
• Rejection data collection & analysis & taking actions based on the analysis.
• Working towards Productivity improvement by Process & Machine layout modification, Process Cycle time reduction.
• Enhancing the operator’s skills in order to get multi skilled operators.
• Monitoring 5S in shop floor.
• Also interact with the customers to resolve their issues.
• Participating in TPM activities.
• Planning and executing multi skilled activities.
