Project : Extension of Sidings Line of Freight Trains on Line No.2
Client : Saudi Arabia Railways ( SAR )

Project : Residue Storage for Cell Number 3 at Ras Al Khair
Client: MAADEN Aluminum KSA.
This Project mainly for excavation and Backfilling including high class of waterproofing, project for storage of waste material for Aluminum and bauxite .
Responsible for Conducting Daily inspection with client FDT and Concrete pouring.
Responsible for conduction the HDPE Liner Material Laying with the sequence mentioned in project specification and Method of statement's.
Responsible for conducting the destruction for HDPE Liner Welding.
Review the test result and maintain the record.
Vigilant supervision and inspection of work to ensure execution of work comply with the approved quality procedures and Plan ASTM Standards, AARMCO & RC Specification.
QA/QC inspection Management (Civil, Electrical & Mechanical and Welding & Coating; Safety & Others)
QA/QC Inspection codes standards procedure system.
Experience of coordinating QA/QC personnel performing a variety of quality control, inspections, examinations and tests.
Experience in developing and establishing multi-disciplinary construction field quality plans and procedures.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervise and monitor the construction of RCC Structure, installation of
Stone Cladding, Marble, Tiles, Plaster, Dry Wall, Curtain Wall, Pre cast
Panels, wood Work & Fire proofing Paint as per approved Quality
Control Plan and Projects specification and contract drawings.
Daily Visit the Site to check the ongoing construction
activities as per Drawings and specifications.
Check the finished work and perform different Quality
checks and raise Inspection request (IR).
Prepare and review documents like MIR, NCR, Technical
Submittals and Method Statement.
Prepare and maintain the logs of incoming and outgoing
Project Quality Documents and keep their record.
Coordination with Client Inspector and Engineer and
attend the Daily Tool Box Meeting at site.
Confirm the finish work meets the Project Quality
requirements prior to raise Final Inspection from client.
Finn the Construction defects and reporting to QC
Manager and all the stake holders involve.
Prepare the weekly Quality Control Reports and Monthly
Reports and prepare Meeting Minutes.
Coordination with subcontractors and check the finished
work meets the project specification and drawings.
Prepare and maintain the Daily reports of IRs, weekly
reports, monthly reports and arrange 3rd party.
