management of finance department and partnership with HOD’s.
General responsibilities include;
o Preparation of monthly management reports for HODs, having monthly meetings with them for discussion of performance of
and preparation and presentation of summarized monthly financial reports to CEO. Variance analysis of monthly / yearly
reports with budget & forecast
o Preparation of budget and forecasts and the operational and financial KPI’s of the HODs, staff, and departments / products.

savings measures to drive improvements. Support on other ad-hoc requirements and functions.
o Own internal audit function, audit business inputs and processes to ensure that strong financial controls remain fit for purpose.
