The Company is a UAE and Regional Leader in Halal frozen processed food with a turnover of over $100M.
 Managing seven direct and over 100 indirect subordinates.
 Formulatingsales and marketing strategy to accomplish annual objectives and long-term vision of the company.
 Expanding the brand and sales across different channels in the UAE market and developing export market within and beyond the GCC region.
 Devising new marketing strategies which focused on profitable categories, strong in-market activities and brand relaunch with new communication platform, thus ensuring sales growth through core business and new product development.
 Enhancing UAE local sales by reorganising work structure targeted at key accounts such as Lulu, Carrefour and Coops as well as developing downmarket distribution through van sales and establishing new channels such as Horeca and Petrol Stations (on-the-go).
 Developed and implemented a three-year aggressive growth in international markets by successfully conducting negotiations with current distributors and market expansion into KSA and other countries.
 Serving as In Charge of Category and Channel P&L, enforcing robust pre-planning process to control in-market investment and expenditure. Overseeing pricing and supplier negotiation for procurement of whole chicken and other imported products.
 Providing significant suggestions during new factory organisation in line with category and overall company future growth.
 Attaining remarkable double-digit sales revenue growth for two consecutive years while increasing profitability and generating higher volume of production for superior efficiency enabling a record profit in 2012.
