- As the hostess at Stomping Ground, my responsibilities entail being the first member of staff to interact with guests as they arrive. My job includes greeting arriving guests, welcoming them into the establishment and seating them.
- I also ensure that guests are comfortable and informed of the status of their orders or wait times.
- Responsible for answering the telephone, booking reservations and moving tables together to accommodate large parties whenever necessary.
- Sold different insurance plan, credit cards and loans to customers.
- Assisted customers with open new accounts, withdrawals and deposits.
- Dealt with customer service issues and managed client relations to promote long-term relationships.
- Responsible for implementing best customer service practices to improve sales channels and minimize customer complaints.
- Responsible for preparation of weekly and monthly sales reports
- Greet building visitors, answering their questions and directing them to proper location.
- Answer phone calls and transfer to correct department.
- Ensure entryway and lobby are clean at all times.
- Assist in the training of new receptionists.
