Prioritize and supervise the restoration of national audio/video formats and the development of the cataloging systems for all three archives
Coordinate the project throughout the year to include training sessions with Program Advisors, Program Coordinator and initiate community outreach presentations
Procure equipment required for the upgradation of the archives in consultation with the (international) Advisors
Provide monthly progress reports to the PC and PD and write quarterly reports of the progress of the respective component
Administer and monitor the preservation projects and status of Archive holdings
Maintain the collection’s catalogues, supervise staff data and meta-data entry
Establish program offerings and develop measures to determine the overall effectiveness
Generate and govern terms of conditions for users of the Archives
Oversee the development of promotional material to promote the Archives and Archives’ events
Train and supervise other team members in proper use of film, audio and video equipment
Perform related duties as assigned by Program Coordinator, Program Director(s) or Program Advisors
Feed the archival documentation into the new database
Digitise and organize current materials of the archives which have not been properly catalogued so far
Evaluate records for preservation and retention - some may be fragile and need careful handling, repair or conservation
Arrange the acquisition and retrieval of records
Prepare record-keeping systems and procedures for archival research and for the retention or destruction of records;
Maintain user-friendly, computer-aided search systems
Identify ways of protecting and preserving collections
Advise on the ongoing organisation and storage of material in order to encourage future planning for documentation and preservation

I have successfully completed my degree in Russian Cultural studies. I have learnt cross-cultural management & its role in Project management. I had worked on the topic the idols of the Logic and Blief in modern world cultures. It was a deep analysis of the worlds culture on the basis of two major divisions that were logic & believe. I am fully prepared to worked for the company that needs to manage different cultural ethnicities & religious backgrounds in a project. I am also equiped with the modern cultural diversities & their ethnical differences. It is very important for a company to manage the different ethnicities, religious backgrounds & cultural differences for a smooth outcome in a project. This is what I have learnt from this Masters degree program. I have a deep grip in English, Urdu, Russian, Punjabi & Balochi language. I am beginner in Arabic aswell.
i got musicology degree from National college of arts. This degree deals with the music technology philosophy and history of music. The Indian classical music is the major part of this program.
