Solely Accountable for all Horeca Channel of across United Arab Emirates.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for the modern trade Traditional trade HORECA and Corporate coustomer .annual operating plan monthly P&L, Set strategic plans and objective to achieve volume plans improve channel productivity, profitability/marginal growth
Achieve sales targets & execution plans by ensuring all accounts are developed efficiently as per standards with ensuring the implementation of execution guidelines and strategies in the market place
Responsible for profitable volume and market share
Negotiate and sign yearly customer development agreements with top key accounts and HORECA within the channel to drive profitable growth volume and market share
Customers: ABUDHABI CO-OP, SOC, , EGM.LULU, CARREFOUR .ROTANA. PRESIDANTIAL PALACE SHERATAON DUSIT TAHNI AND OTHERS ALL ABUDHABI COUSTOMER
Business: Responsible for a business 6.4 M per month
BRAND: Masafi water, masafi Tissue, FREEZE, FRUTO, BACO, ROBINSSONS
Coordinate with marketing department, all trade promotion, discount slabs and the consumer promotion as on pack premium, product bundling offers, loyalty and rewards
People: reporting to Regional manager, handling the top key accounts, the operation and market execution of the modern trade channel for abudhabi and alain region by leading team of 9 executive and 18 merchandisers
Build up team capabilities,

Conduct a business review presentation on quarterly basis to the customers as well top management review progress vs. Objectives of the key business result & challenges align on objectives
Customers: ABUDHABI CO-OP, SOC, , EGM, CARREFOUR
Business: Responsible for a business 3.4 M(550 TONS) per month
BRAND: NOOR Sunflower Oil, Hayat Vegetable Oil, Sunny Blend Oil Sunlite, Saha Sunflow, Amber, Golden Maize, Alfa Corn Oil Hayat Ghee, Fern Ghee, Tiffany Ghee, Rahama Olive Oil, Albaker Flours, Tiffany joss, London Dairy milk shakes , Beverages, fats Margarine, Mayonnaise, Ketchup Hotsauce Milk and Eggs, Bakery Ingredients.Tiffany Biscuits, waffers, snacks &confectionary, khaleej frozen food hayat frozen foods igloo icecrem, london dairy ice cream, albaker paratha, Tiffany chocolates .

People: reporting to key account manager, handling the top key accounts, the operation and market execution of the modern trade channel for abudhabi and alain region by leading team of 2 executive and 16 merchandisers
Build up team capabilities,
• Managing day-to-day visits of the sales team and reviewing the Sales development Monitoring the Credit recovery Installments and follow ups for the delayed installments.
• Conduct review on new clients and identify their needs requirement with the background history of the proposed relationship with the market report and if necessary to obtain creditworthiness of the client through company’s bank.
• Restructure the facts and present it to management with the present status and sales team’s recommendation and provisional outlined action for approval.
• Conduct monthly reviews on assigned targets for the higher management’s updates. Review sales invoices and monitor sales
• Writing proposals to management for their approval on Credit lines. Promotion
• Reviewing and distributing Sales targets to the sales team.
• To monitor sales volume by the sales team and report on monthly basis to the management.
• Develop a selling strategy to untapped market and propose the selling plan to the management for the related approval.
• Visiting Customers to collect the feedback on marketed product and present the same to the management with an action plan to improvise it.
• To conduct daily meeting and discuss the problems sales team had and provide assistance and guidance to ensure they are motivated to achieve the sales target.
• Collect the market information on new and old products discuss the strategy with the customers and sales team and propose to management to market or re launch the product.
• Monitor the sales and report to the management
I was trained to Understand the basic features of the products and services the company was dealing in and the mind set was framed to understand the market to market and promote the company’s products.
• Responsible to sell the assign merchandise and to ensure a rise in sales.
• Attain sales meeting with the supervisor and higher management.
• Report the market trend to the supervisor.
• Highlight the consumer and customer’s expectation to the supervisor
• Check the displays on the customers’ outlets.
