• Study client drawing and prepare shop drawing accordingly through Tekla Structure software and send RFI to client for approval.
• Nesting of plates through software i.e. SigmaNest, Lantek, Columbus & FastNest for CNC Machine and Nesting of Profile through excel in order to reduce material wastage.
• Material controller, analyze inventory and prepare purchase request for raw materials based on MTO
• Maintain stock inventory of consumables and prepare purchase request if low stock
• Follow-up with purchase dept. in order to avoid stop/delay production process
• Prepare daily/monthly production yield report with man-hours, submit to Management
• Prepare achieved monthly value report submit to Management
• Prepare project report once complete the projects to compare with estimated value
• Organize transportation to deliver the finished products to galvanize/paint and final to client.
• Manage dispatch department
• Manage Biometric record system, obtain monthly report, and send to HR/Accounts
Receive the drawings from engineering department and check the availability of material and check the priority assemblies then prepare cutting plan for profile through MS Excel and prepare Plate Nesting through the software i.e. SigmaNest, Lantek, Columbus.
Material control and monitor the production preparation and submit the status to production manager as weekly, monthly report.
