ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY:
➢ Undertaking a multi faceted role with a variety of duties and responsibilities, including the compilation, verification, typing and filing (in applicable manner) of relevant medical records.
➢ Accurately preparing folders for newly admitted cases and ensuring the same are maintained as well as reviewing medical records to ensure they are completed properly.
➢ Release of Medical Information to patient, internal and external clinics also DHCC clinics in accordance to Hospital Policy by email, fax and in person
➢ Personally responsible for locating medical records requested by various departments within the hospital, signing out the same and ensuring they are delivered to the appropriate personnel
➢ Fully accountable for compiling statistical data, including admissions, discharges, deaths, medical legal case (M L C) births and types of treatment administered and utilizing in-house software to enter/retrieve data
➢ Additionally responsible for typing any required correspondence and reports as directed
➢ Retrieve walk-in patient's files of OPD visits and dispatch it to concern reception.
➢ Receive dispatch files from OPD then receive them in tracking system and file it in proper place.
➢ Retrieve appointment files and find missing files in MRD as well as OPDs, IP wings and ER.
➢ Well knowledge in HIS system
➢ Merging of Patient Records in one MRN physically and in HIS
➢ Completed Crosse training under back office ( credit control) and well trained in checking insurance policies, prepare and dispatch reports along with claim forms to insurance companies, knowledge and familiar with e-claims.

At most establishments, cashiers are given a specific cash register at the start of their shift. Cashiers may also be responsible for wrapping or bagging purchases. They may have additional responsibilities at certain establishments, such as restocking shelves and issuing money orders. Cashiers are also responsible for providing service to customers who have questions or require additional assistance.
