Monitoring accurate documentation-Purchase Order, Delivery Note / packing slips, Invoice etc.
Collecting feedback on product from sales team and sending to suppliers.
Introducing new models to the sales team with new Technologies.
Assisting Sales Managers & Sales Engineers in reaching their targets.
Maintaining optimum availability of stock considering the sales, maintain inventory,
Making plans and promotions for slow moving & dead moving items.
Preparation of daily, weekly sales reports.
Assisting Management with various MIS reports.
Planning inventory for more than 6000 line items more than 10 brands.
Forecasting & planning inventory as agreed criteria with management.
Keeping all time optimum inventory and managing slow moving and dead stock with MQ orders.
Operating System : Dos, Win-XP, Win-98 and Linux. Application Software: : MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Front page Script Language : JavaScript, VBScript. Languages : C, C++, SQL, VB 6.0, HTML, DHTML, Java & ASP RDBMS : Oracle, MS-Access.
