Responsibilities:
Develop and implement PMIS (Program Management & Information System) for a prestigious giga program of royal projects in Riyadh. (The client, a Govt Entity; has kept the project name and details as confidential so the name is not reflected here). As Part of the SMEs team, I am engaged in development of processes, business workflows, RACI matrices and procedures related to QA/QC function.
Scope covers the processes related to Program Management and Project Execution that include the core processes like audits, corrective actions, Risk management, customer feedback, supplier control and basement, site inspection, material control, snag lists, Lesson learned and others. We are also working to set criteria for performance excellence
Daily Liaising with Client Management & SAP team to integrate and automate these processes into organization’s portal.
Project:
Management System Development for “SALAMAH MVPI Center; by Takamol Holding”.
Responsibilities:
Worked as SME to develop required procedures for a vehicle inspection provider company called ‘SALAMAH’ in order to ensure their operational compliance to ISO 17020 (conformity assessment for inspection bodied). Implementation and auditing the management system to make the organization (SALAMAH) ready to achieve ISO Certification and later to get accredited with Saudi Accreditation Center (SAAC).
Project:
Online Web Application for online Management of Procedures and Audits
Responsibilities:
Worked on developing business requirement documentation and software uses cases for a web based SAAS application to be used as Subscription basis. Interaction and meetings with Software developers to explain the requirements and use cases.
Worked with IT company to build a minimum viable product for Audit application.
Role scope:
Responsible for overall QMS development, implementation and ISO Compliance for corporate office processes and monitoring QA/QC activities for over 15 projects spread in entire Kingdom.
Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with ISO standards and client requirements on the entire operations from bidding, prequalification to execution stages of our projects. Ensure project delivery on highest quality standards to meet client and contract requirements by efficient monitoring of project Quality processes through weekly reports, monthly Project Dashboard, System Audits & measuring QA/QC performance against SMART KPIs to meet project and corporate/PMO objectives.

Scope: The scope of works includes the construction of 4G+17 storey hotel building to be operated by Wyndham Hotel Group.
Cost: SAR=1.40 Billion Approx.
3. Monorail in King Abdullah Financial District, Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Consultants: Systra & Supervision Consultants: Khatib Al Alami
Scope: The scope of works includes the construction Supply, Installation, Operation and Maintenance of about4-km BOMBARDIER INNOVIA Monorail System for the King Abdullah Financial District. The project includes six-station monorail system, and six INNOVIA Monorail 300 trains (12 Cars).
Cost: SAR=805 Millions
Responsibilities:
At Company Corporate Level:
- Responsible for establishing and implementation of company quality management system
- Conducting ISO 9001:2008 QMS audits for all projects in the kingdom with our company
- Acting as Management Representative for External Auditing body
- Responsible for preparing and establishing quality assurance documents; procedure, process maps & organizational development structure.
At Project Level:
- Liaising with Project Management and Consultants to produce better construction quality as per approved drawings, project specifications and prevailing standards and codes.
- Preparation & Implementation of project Quality Control Plan
- Attending Quality related meetings and site progress meeting with client and consultant.
- Communicating with the sub-contractors to control the quality of executed works when required set up meeting with them
- Supervising a multi-discipline team of QC Inspectors on site including a Site Civil Materials Testing Laboratory
- Monitoring project QA/QC activities at site during the construction to ensure quality work as per approved shop drawings and ACI codes and ASTM Standars where applicable as per brutish standards.
- Setting up and monitoring quality systems as per Inspection & Testing Plan (ITP) of the project.
- Coordination with ITL for the collection of required sample from site for testing and subsequently monitoring the results
- Handle all quality issues with site management to avoid any NCRs
- Issuance of site memos and Notice of Non Conformance (NNC) if the work has not been rectified as per drawings and instructions of site QC engineers
- Work on Corrective/ Preventive Actions (CA/PA) in coordination with Project Director and Project Manager in order to assure quality construction upto consultant’s satisfaction.
- Reviewing the RFI/MIR log on daily basis as part of quality control documents.
- Preparing Monthly Project Status Reports including the information of Concrete Pouring, RFI Status, MIR Status and Actual Progress. Preparing
- Monitoring and reviewing the KPIs for the QA/QC department and taking necessary corrective actions in case of deficiency in meeting them.
- Reporting to Corporate QA/QC Director for performance of Project QA/QC department and to highlight other quality related issues
Quality Management System Auditing Experience:
- Conducting numerous Internal Quality Audits according to ISO 9001:2008 as per established audit programme to measure the prevailing company procedure and processes detailed reports can be provided if required. This process consists of;
- Preparing & issuing Internal Audit Reports

Responsibilities:
- Implementation of project QC Plan and QMS according to recommendations of ISO 9001
- Setting up and monitoring quality systems as per ITP of the project.
- Assisting QA/QC Manager and Project Director for implementation of Company QMS and consultant requirement related to HSE, ITP and progress monitoring.

1. Assist the consultants for Design & master planning of Govt College University Faisalabad over 33 acres, including construction supervision of 5 Nos. G+6 storey academic buildings, auditorium, and cricket ground. Supervised the construction of sewerage and drainage systems with lifting station and water supply system with overhead water tank and planning of internal roads & footpaths.
