Responsibilities:
Develop and implement PMIS (Program Management & Information System) for a prestigious giga program of royal projects in Riyadh. (The client, a Govt Entity; has kept the project name and details as confidential so the name is not reflected here). As Part of the SMEs team, I am engaged in development of processes, business workflows, RACI matrices and procedures related to QA/QC function.
Scope covers the processes related to Program Management and Project Execution that include the core processes like audits, corrective actions, Risk management, customer feedback, supplier control and basement, site inspection, material control, snag lists, Lesson learned and others. We are also working to set criteria for performance excellence
Daily Liaising with Client Management & SAP team to integrate and automate these processes into organization’s portal.

Scope: The scope of works includes the construction Supply, Installation, Operation and Maintenance of about4-km BOMBARDIER INNOVIA Monorail System for the King Abdullah Financial District. The project includes six-station monorail system, and six INNOVIA Monorail 300 trains (12 Cars).
Cost: SAR=805 Millions

Responsibilities:

At Company Corporate Level:
- Responsible for establishing and implementation of company quality management system
- Conducting ISO 9001:2008 QMS audits for all projects in the kingdom with our company
- Acting as Management Representative for External Auditing body
- Responsible for preparing and establishing quality assurance documents; procedure, process maps & organizational development structure.

At Project Level:
- Liaising with Project Management and Consultants to produce better construction quality as per approved drawings, project specifications and prevailing standards and codes.
- Preparation & Implementation of project Quality Control Plan
- Attending Quality related meetings and site progress meeting with client and consultant.
- Communicating with the sub-contractors to control the quality of executed works when required set up meeting with them
- Supervising a multi-discipline team of QC Inspectors on site including a Site Civil Materials Testing Laboratory
- Monitoring project QA/QC activities at site during the construction to ensure quality work as per approved shop drawings and ACI codes and ASTM Standars where applicable as per brutish standards.
- Setting up and monitoring quality systems as per Inspection & Testing Plan (ITP) of the project.
- Coordination with ITL for the collection of required sample from site for testing and subsequently monitoring the results
- Handle all quality issues with site management to avoid any NCRs
- Issuance of site memos and Notice of Non Conformance (NNC) if the work has not been rectified as per drawings and instructions of site QC engineers
- Work on Corrective/ Preventive Actions (CA/PA) in coordination with Project Director and Project Manager in order to assure quality construction upto consultant’s satisfaction.
- Reviewing the RFI/MIR log on daily basis as part of quality control documents.
- Preparing Monthly Project Status Reports including the information of Concrete Pouring, RFI Status, MIR Status and Actual Progress. Preparing
- Monitoring and reviewing the KPIs for the QA/QC department and taking necessary corrective actions in case of deficiency in meeting them.

Quality Management System Auditing Experience:
