Joined BAT as Trade Marketing Executive, role and responsibilities includes:
1.Fully responsible for 5 Territories in Riyadh -
2. Working as territory manager over looking Sales, Volumes, Distribution and Competitor activities in the tobacco FMCG Product.
3.Generating Reports : Developing Marketing Insights, Area Summary, Competitive Activities, Marketing and Trade Marketing plans to increase consumer reach
4.Planning : Launches, new promotions and route planning to maximize contact and reach.
Responsible for all the accounts information pertaining to the Clients I was assigned, including : \n \nFAIRMONT HOTELS & RESORTS, AUDI, DABUR (FMCG) \n \n• Analyzed competitive market trends and prepared marketing strategy and communication accordingly on all the accounts \n \n• Maintained and updated the billing, accounts receivable/payable, statement of accounts on event and quarterly basis \n \n•Generating estimates/invoices with steady follow-ups to ensure the timely payments on all the accounts, a BTL campaign for the masses \n \n•Trained new interns and Account Executives for the Client Service department \n \nSuccessfully catered to all the business needs of the clients i.e ATL & BTL (From Idea Generation to final product i.e TVC, Radio Spot)
