Plan and schedule the manpower for full Principal’s fleet/ 24 vessels (VLCC) in line with
the company strategy and vessel budget
-Communication on planning matters among vessels, manning agencies and seafarers
-Crew change arrangements for 24 VLCC vessels:
-communication on crewing matters among vessels, agents, seafarers;
-travel logistics, visa arrangements and cost efficiency control;
-coordination of crewing activities with subcontractors;
-24/7 emergency assistance after office hours;
-control of compliance of maritime personnel documentation with national, company and
flag state requirements.
-Q88 update, 1st line approver for invoices (travel, hotel etc.), DA, seafarers’ expenses
forms
-Selection of officers and crew (screening of CV, communication with manning agent/
Candidate, communication between all involved parties (routine /urgent)
-Screening/Analysis of crew appraisal reports, promotion of seafarers; promo/new hire/
familiarization office visit’s arrangements
