Generation of Reports / PowerPoint presentations as requested
• GLOC Pilferage Analysis Report - As required by the BN Commander, worked with SDDC Special Projects Officer to track and monitor all the Transportation Discrepancy Reports (TDRs) submitted by different units in Afghanistan and Iraq. This report is a graphical representation of the Transportation Discrepancy Reports (TDRs) processed by the units and submitted to Surface Deployment & Distribution Command Transportation (SDDC) HQ.
• OCCASWAQA Command and Staff (TDR Slides) - As required by OCCA Chief, help in editing the new TDR slides for C&S meeting held every week. The slides detail the pending and submitted TDRs broken down per units.
• Carrier Performance Report - Help to generate charts on how to present the summary of carrier's non-compliance.
• TDR Briefing - help in the preparation of PowerPoint slide to detail the number of pending and completed Transportation Discrepancy Reports (TDRs) received from the units in Afghanistan, Kuwait and Iraq.

Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
• Tasked to formulate and help SOP on how to generate the GLOC Pilferage Analysis Report. This is also being used by new OCCASWA QA personnel that are tasked to handle or assist in monitoring Transportation Discrepancy Reports (TDRs)
• Tasked to formulate a Transportation Guidance and Procedures for Processing a Transportation Discrepancy Report (TDR) . This is also requested by the carriers.

Handled several Hot Issues
• Pilfered / Compromised Containers Arriving in Afghanistan - Tasked to be the main Point of Contact for pilfered / compromised containers arriving in Afghanistan. Assisted the consignee in processing Transportation Discrepancy Reports (TDRs), notifies the consignor of the reported pilfered / compromised containers and requests commercial carrier to join the inspection.

• Damaged Vehicles Arriving in Iraq - Provided guidelines and instructions in filing a Transportation Discrepancy Report (TDR) . Continuously provides assistance to Multi-National Security Transition Command (MNSTC-I) in processing Transportation Discrepancy Reports (TDRs) for damaged vehicles arriving in Baghdad, Iraq.

Customer complaints against Carriers
• Have handled several complaints against Carrier such as * Late response to booking offers
* Late submission of operational reports
* Change of vessel schedules
* Damaged cargo
* Damaged containers
• Help issue Carrier's Discrepancy Report (CDRs) and forward to SDDC HQ for further action.

Import Actions / Diversions
• Processed Import actions as requested by the shipper / government. Conducted a detailed research on container's current location and other info using PAT, WPS, IBS and carrier's website.
