 Worked with 7 members International and National Experts Team. UNIDO in partnership with the Ministry of Environment, Pak-EPA and the Ministry of Industry & Production, has executed a project on "Industrial Policy and the Environment". To collect information / reports / data on Industrialization and changes in the quality of Environment, in three selected regions: Faisalabad, Sheikhupura and SITE area Karachi.
 Collected data on the nature and kind of environmental impacts, abatement practices and effects on human health. Data on health, Effect on the health and livelihood of the people living in factory area and surroundings. Existing pollution control practices being followed by factories and surrounding communities and awareness level of communities. Source of water supply and drainage system. History of Industrialization with Industrial and Environmental Policy context. Industrial processes being followed; nature, kind and extent of soil, water and air pollution. Successes and failures of environmental and industrial policies.
 Applied all EIA Tools as per National Conservation Strategy of Pakistan. Followed the guidelines of UNIDO EIA study being carried out at Philippines.

 Collection of 40 wastewater samples from river Ravi, its tributaries on both sides, river Swan with its tributaries and Nullah Leh. Spot testing like pH, temperature, dissolved oxygen (DO) conductivity, turbidity, color and odor. Preservation of samples and transfer of custody for laboratory analysis as per USEPA.
 Parameters checked in wastewater like COD, BOD, TSS, T-N, E-Coli and oil & grease. Toxic metals arsenic, chromium, cadmium, copper, lead and zinc were also checked.
 Ambient Air monitoring for CO, NO, NOx, SO2, PM10, O3 and hydrocarbons Using EPD Mobile Station, at 10 sampling sites in Lahore, Rawalpindi and Islamabad.
 Applied USEPA methods for sampling, preservation, custody transfer and analysis. Followed the ASTM. APH and AWWA guidelines for monitoring and analysis.

HEAD QUALITY CONTROL, SAFETY, ENVIRONMENT & HEALTH at Attock Industrial Products Limited

 Worked with M/s JMS of USA for the erection, commissioning, start up and guarantee run of the plant. Quality control and quality assurance of raw materials, Intermediates, by-product and final product. Analysis of Water Treatment Plant, Cooling Tower and Waste treatment section.
 Developed environmental management system including analysis of effluent, emission and Industrial Solid Waste, its treatment and effective pollution control as per NEQS.
 Chromium recovery & Conservation of material by solid waste management During BCS manufacturing about 50% residue is obtained which is to be either waste or recycled. To avoid pollution due to wastage of residue, I have worked on reuse of residue and made it possible to recycle to recover chrome content and made profit.

 Preparation of different feed mix ratios for the kiln after muffle furnace tests at the laboratory level and application at plant level. Recipe formulation for Basic Chromium Sulphate as per requirement, after trying different recipes with practical application tests. Wet and Instrumental analysis of mineral, chemicals, slurries and solutions. Emission analysis and control including flue gas mist and dust.
 Waste treatment converting toxic hexavalent chromium to much less toxic trivalent chromium using pickle liquor. Use of Metal Industry Waste for the Treatment of Tanning Waste
