• Audit, inspect, survey, assist, monitor and provide progress
reports on implementation of the safety management system,
emergency procedures.
• Develop emergency response procedures and plans, Ensure that procedures are continuously updated in accordance with the legal requirements.

- Weekly inspection and prepare a quantitative report for
submittal to the project manager
- Daily Monitoring of workplace on health, safety and
environmental issues in accordance to statutory requirement.
- Develop and Assist the project manager in undertaking risk
assessments and identifying safe systems of work to be
recorded in safe work method statements.
- Report immediately to the senior management, if any serious
safety breaches that place workers in life threatening situations.
- Prepare close out report for field inspection.
- Coordinate with consultant & client regarding safety activities like emergency plan, mock drills and procedures.
- Proving In house training courses on health, safety and
environmental topics.
- Assist supervisors in delivering toolbox talks to the workers on the control measures identified in risk assessments and the safe system of work.
- Conducting safety induction training to the new employees and ensuring that all workers receive an induction prior to starting work.
- Develop procedures for high risk activities and brief
management on their responsibilities under these procedures.
- Advise on the requirements of site welfare and carryout regular inspections of the facilities, reporting any concerns to project manager.
- Ensure the maintenance of high standard of housekeeping at all times.
- Ensure the use of correct tools and equipments for the job.
- Inspection of all plant and equipments & ensure that all plants and machineries are fit for the purpose and adequately
maintained and possess valid safety certification at all times.
