- Ensure compliance of Main Contract and Subcontract with timely issuance of Letter of Awards.
- Review and improve contractual terms from time to time for the benefits of the Company
- Develops, implements and updates project status information and monitoring systems to evaluate project budgets and administers their execution.
- Managing all project claims from Contractors, Suppliers and others includes EOT, Contractual Claims & Alternative Disputes Resolution.

- Responsible in managing and monitor the performance of Consultant, PMC & EPCC including providing advice, recommendation and instruction to answer project deliverables are met.
- Managing of pre-award activities such as preliminary design, preparation of tender drawings and material take-offs, cost estimation of materials, collaborating with commercial/procurement in preparation of quotation, material sourcing & vendor development.
