Main responsibilities:
- selling company’s products/services and creating long - term relationships with customers;
- providing full guidance and proper information about the product to the customer for enchanting further cooperation;
- researching current market trends for product and identify improvements;
- finding best solutions possible in conflict or unpredictable situations;
- handling cash and making daily reports for finance department;
-receiving orders, filling up invoices and all check lists;
-providing full assistance and support to the manager by partially following his responsibilities;
- conducting trainings for the staff regarding sales techniques and customer service;
-developing and generating new ideas for digital marketing campaign;
-providing high- level service by meeting customers’ requests, solving problems and establishing long-term relationship;
Main responsibilities :
- daily guidance and follow up of the workers;
- training, assigning, scheduling and consulting employees;
- monitoring employees’ performance by gathering relevant data and completing quality reports;
- making suggestions for improvements, changes and implementing them;
- reviewing the implementation, efficiency of product quality and handling customers’ complains;
- creating advertisement presentations for potential customers;
- checking, processing payments and issuing refunds;
- developing customer retention and satisfaction program;
- managing large amount of phone calls, emails, chats and messages;
- processing customers’ accounts and documents;
Main responsibilities:
- constant cooperation with the customers and data base handling;
- handling difficult situations and creating positive experience for the customers;
- building relations with the customers, keeping brand name on a high level and conducting sales meetings;
- providing full guidance to the customers about company’s product and sevices;
