Preparation of Project Specific Vendor /Contractor list for the approval of the client.
Solicit quotations from approved bidders in accordance with approved procedures and schedules and coordinate bidder's questions and timely responses. Ensure bids are received, opened, recorded and distributed in accordance with the project procedures.
