Duties include:
Builds, develops and manages operations leadership team capable of carrying out needed operations strategies and improving employee relations.
Reviews ongoing performance results and identifies needs of employees. Implements coaching or mentoring partnerships
Communicates clearly and directly with employees concerning performance expectations, productivity, and accountability
Developing and implementing business plans, budgets, policies and procedures for the agency;
Maintaining, monitoring and preparing business records and financial statements & reports;
Arranging the purchase of supplies as well as maintaining office support systems and facilities;
Selecting and supervising staff training;
Implementing and monitoring customer service standards and strategies;
Maintain and monitor sales of property for various store
Ensure that real estate practices, statutory duties and legal requirements are followed;
Authorize listings of properties for sale or rent;
Measuring and managing and the organizations profitability;
Identifying and analyzing the branches strengths
Managing outside catering;
Manage the day-to-day activities.
Leading, directing and monitoring the adherence to operational standards, rules and regulations and health and safety legislation
Review the various Operations Manual and incorporate adherence to the manuals into the training program. Recommend improvements in the manuals as necessary
Coordinating the operation and duties between all restaurant departments according to new international standards;
