1. Responsible for day to day Finance and Accounts operations.
2. Ensure accurate Monthly reporting and Yearly closing of Books.
3. Produce monthly Financial Reporting pack in accordance with reporting deadlines (includes Executive summary, Management Profit & Loss report, Cash flow, Variance analyses \{Actual vs Budget & Actual vs Prior Year\} and commentaries).
4. Preparation and analysis of investments with foreign banks on monthly basis.
5. Proficient Knowledge of VAT.
6. Assisting CFO in analyzing & reviewing of new investments for growth / risk.
7. Handle and address External Audit Queries up-to finalization.
8. Working on Annual Budgets, 5 year forecast planning’s & Board Presentations under the Guidance of CFO.
9. Adhoc MIS reports related to financial matters as per CFO’s requirement and suggestion.
1. Controlling and maintaining of stock levels and reconciliation of stocks.
2. Preparation of invoice for debtor & coordinating with the sales man.
3. Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, and document business transactions.
4. Analyze revenue and expenditure trends and recommend appropriate budget levels, and ensure expenditure control.
5. Other duties as assigned.
Accounting/Monitoring:
1. Preparation of journal & payment Voucher's including entries related to TDS & Service Tax
2. Monitoring of Prepaid Expenses
3. Bank Reconciliation
4. Inter Division Interest Calculation
5. Cenvat Reconciliation & Monitoring of Export Refund
6. Stock & Outstanding Balances Reconciliation with Stock Yards
MIS/Budgeting:
1. Fuel & Power Analysis
2. Reporting of outstanding Loans & Advances, Calculation of Interest & FCTR with group companies
3. Preparation of Consolidated Fixed Assets Chart
4. Scrutiny of General Ledger Accounts for Budgeting & MIS Reporting.
