Accomplishments - Program Manager:
• Commanding operations of 7 sophisticated platforms valued at over 20.24 Billion AED in assets. Managing 11 departments comprising of 850+ employees, consisting of 12 department managers, 19 team leads and 53 supervisors.
• Providing inputs to PMO Directorate to manage program risks and co-develop project roadmaps.
