• Develop and prepare Architectural design from preliminary concept stage from sketches, and developing up to working drawings and details using AutoCAD & Revit Architecture 2018 software’s
• Coordination in between Multi-disciplinary collaborative teams Structural Engineering, Electrical Engineering, HVAC and several others with Architecture and planning Development using various architectural software’s.
• Handling team of Architects & Technicians through different stages of the project phases.
• Client relationship management.
• Evaluating the scope of work for projects and executing them in alignment with the contractual requirements.
• Seek new work by marketing and giving presentations.
• Visit sites for the design and build sites.
Architecture & BIM Operations
Key Result Areas:
* Carry out the Projects both in BIM & AutoCAD, based on mixed, institutional and residential
use as well as various Corporate Interior International Projects from mid-size to fairly large
size
* Design, co-ordination and execution of projects
* Architectural drawing documentation management
* Mentoring team of Architects and assisting them with day to day assignment.
* Client management, project management & resource allocation.
* Implemented quality standards as per assigned project in line with business, client and
customer standards
* Evaluate the goals of BIM process and then to develop a plan to fit the demands and desire
of the client, the experience of the project team and the availability of the resources. Guide
the team in decision making.
* Integrate information from different stake holder of the construction and ensure no dilution
of responsibility between the project design team and the client.
* Help clients in the transition from current practice to IPD and BIM, mainly being
responsible for the implementation Plan of BIM in various organisations.
* Ensures development and compliance with the approved Design BIM Execution Plan
* Provide leadership and support to the Project team.

Key Result Areas:
* Streamlining various systems & processes to ensure quality control and improvement in
efficiency of delivery
* Working in coordination with International Consultants and Local Consultants to take
schematic designs phases through design development and construction documentation
* Liaising with internal and external customers as well as bridging the gap between
international design firms expertise with domestic design firm’s expertise
* Responsible for developing operational understanding and strategic clout to help the
Design Team and Senior Managers to seek clear direction and improvements with their
processes
