Responsible for all the design concept and implementation of project respectively to all holdings subsidiaries companies in middle east network projects also prepares preliminary drawings from small Residential, Compound & Housing to Urban Development Schemes and Research for our real estate investment projects.
Prepares schedules in preparation for working drawings from Design Development and carryout construction documents.
Motivating and encouraging internal and external design teams
Ensuring structural drawings and designs are produced on time, to a high quality, and are easy to decipher
Overseeing the design process using technical expertise
Working with clients to ensure that their expectations are met
Reviewing designs with health and safety in mind
Avoiding errors and reducing financial risk during construction
Ensuring designs are available to those who need them, at the appropriate time
Maintaining thorough documentation of the design process
Keeping up-to-date with changing building legislation and codes of practice relating to design
Working in an office, with occasional site visits.
1. Prepares preliminary drawings ranges from small Residential, Compound & Housing to Urban Development Schemes and Research.
2. Prepares schedules in preparation for working drawings from Design Development and carryout construction documents.
3. Producing working and Tender Drawings, Design, and Detailing Drafting technically in a multi-disciplinary design stage with limited guidance.
4.Technically sound and knowledge in Design skills with excellent experience using all CAD releases.
5. Provide information in all services normally expected for the Architectural / Interior designer for specific requirements excluded in the work program.
6. Managing a group of Architects, Engineers and CAD Operators to co-ordinate with multi-disciplinary design teams ( MEP, Structures, Civil, Architects etc) in the Middle East with leading engineering & architectural practices.
7. Prepares preliminary presentation both manually and electronically out-put. Research new technique and design to be needed in the project.
8. Prepares material boards and color scheme needed to the presentation of the project.
9. Prepares schematic concepts and 3D presentations using CAD model including design schemes & alternatives with the best additional touch-up of Adobe Photoshop and Rendering Style.
1. Prepares schedules to role within the project services and discipline code considering building regulations for key support and project led work. Submit & update status of drawings and materials as well as supervise work progress
2. Review drawings during the design development stage to assure and motivate construction queries supporting technical services. Coordinating CAD standards and formatting in exchange of data’s with external consultants using the agreed standards assessing and trained for the project to minimize technical errors.
3. Attend projects meetings, report and advice on all aspect design and documentation. Coordinate, organize and prepare all architectural drawings, documents and works
4.Describe/specify the designed facility and materials
Using codes of practices. Familiar with local codes and regulations. Management, coordination and communications. Familiar with Auto CAD application and knowledge in various Microsoft applications. Foremost, Excellent English written and spoken with Self motivation & Team worker.
