 Heading the Al-Kharafi-Paper-and-Printing-Equipments sector - Banking and Finance Division
 Responsible for all the international banking facilities affairs for the sector in the middle east region
 Negotiated with banks on credit pricing, covenants & conditions.
 Ensure facilities document is completed as per the company’s policy and legal requirements
 Monitoring the utilization of the sector banking facilities
 Preparing the cash flow statements
 Supporting the group accounting plans and functions across all locations
 Managing the monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports and budget execution reports for the sector
 Classifying, and summarizing financial transactions and events in accordance with the IAS.
 Flagging any abnormality in the disbursement of funds
 Advising and assisting the sector management in the compilation and control of budget
 Assist in designing internal controls and governance framework for the accounting department.
 Satisfy the external auditors requirements
 Monitoring the day-to-day operations of the accounting
 Manage any financial management duties assigned by the CFO.
 Monitor all irregularities, past due, deficiencies and report to CFO

Worked full time on several departments such as:
o Credit department
o Investment Certificate Department
o Bill Department
o Letter of guarantee Department

 Played an active role in structuring the accounting function of Egypt Mohamed Abdel Mohsen Al Kharafi company (EMAK) by implementing accounting systems, policies and procedures for the accounting unit and staff training and couching.
 Provided accounting support rendered to several projects for EMAK such as the governmental initiative “Computer for Each House” by supplying more than 30, 000 PCs in 2005.
 In charge of maintaining the general ledger.
 Responsible for preparing the financial reports by reviewing and analyzing the financial data received from the company various activates and sales departments.
 In charge of preparing reports to the management and maintaining records including liabilities, assets, tax liabilities, profit and loss, and any of the organization's other financial activities
