Scope:
•Total Near East Fabric, Home Care, & Paper Categories
Responsibilities:
•Full management of F&HC & paper multi-leg initiatives across total NE
•Identifying the key marketing pillars (Direct to consumer, In-store, PR, Digital, & Media) to deliver the initiative objectives
•Leading the Brand Operations multifunction teams to develop and execute the local top spin ideas in line with the brand equity and initiative objective
•Managing the total initiative exploitation budget to maximize the ROI for each initative.

Scope:
•Lebanon (Pampers & Always): Grow both brands in terms of Sales, Revenue, market shares.
•Pampers Levant: Product launches, Initiative exploitation
Responsibilities:
•Full management of both Pampers & Always Lebanon business
•Development & implementation of “Where to play & how to win” strategies, Marketing & media plan for Paper Lebanon
•Continuously forecasted & monitored sales, to ensure targets are achieved
Key Projects
• Led the planning, launch, & exploitation of the first Tier One P&G product in the NE “ Pampers Premium Care” Levant in FY10/11 with all necessary holistic communication elements, trial plans, amplification idea, line up, distribution, volume assumptions & pricing.
•Led the launch of Pampers Lebanon biggest product upgrade in the past 3 years with all necessary holistic communication elements
•Led the planning & execution of Always Lebanon overall business analysis & turn around plans.
•Led the planning and executing Pampers and Always Lebanon promotional strategy.
•Led Pampers Levant revamp plans to minimize switching through loyalty programs.
•Led the exploitation of two Pampers Levant initiatives with ATL & BTL elements across different consumer profiles.
Key Achievements
•Pampers Premium Care Launch: Exceeded expectations, delivering an index of 140 vs.booklet, with the highest business split of 13% vs. a CEEMEA average of 8% in year one (P&G NE Best Holistic Initiative Award for 2011)
•Exceeded expectations on Pampers base variant initiative with an index 117 vs. commitments &144 index vs.YA
•Reversed the Always declining trend from an index of 89 to 107 on sales, & +2.5 % on share
•Sales: Achieved a historical double digit growth in FY0910 of 114 on sales. Maintained this growth in FY1011 with an index of 112 vs. YA
•Share: Reversed share decline on Pampers & Always for the past 3 years to a growth of +5.5 & +2.5 pts reaching a market share of 44 & 34% respectively.
Scope: Egypt, Lebanon, Jordan, Iraq, & Syria
Responsibilities:
•Planning and execution of conceptual initiatives
•Planning and execution of Pampers NE on going programs
•In depth business analysis for Pampers NE markets via Ac Nelson, TNS, sales reports, trade visits & focus groups
•Pampers NE budget monitoring & management through SAP application
Key Projects
•Led “Point of Market Entry” project for Pampers, to build a wide range trial for Pampers across (EG, LB, SY & JO).
•Launched the first P&G Direct To Consumer activity in Syria
•Led the execution of a down count & price intervention on 40% of Pampers LB business
•Led the execution of a commercial innovation initiative on Pampers in Lebanon (TVC & POSM)

•Exceeded expectations with a total reach of 125M mothers with Pampers Point of Market Entry in Y1 (60% of PP)
•Pampers Lebanon price intervention achieved an index of 110 vs. initial commitments & 122 vs. YA on sales
