Responsible for:
- Day to day support of Large Oracle Databases, capacity planning for large databases and performance tuning for databases.
- Use Rapid Install to install an Oracle Applications R12 onMulti nodes and 10g RAC database on HP-UX 11.23 platform.
- Manage and administer Concurrent Manager.
- Upgrade Applications from R12 (12.0.4) to R12 (12.0.6) and from (12.0.6) to R12 (12.1.1)
- Install Cluster ware on HP-UX.
- Migrate Database for R12 from single instance to RAC using RCONFIG.
- Clone R12 from RAC to non RAC.
- Implement load balancing for the Applications database connections.
- Configure Parallel Concurrent Processing (PCP).
- Use the AD utilities to perform Oracle Applications maintenance tasks.
- Apply patches to an Oracle Applications system and on database.
- Clone an Oracle Applications from multi node to single node.
- Configure RMAN to take a backup from Database.

- Define printer on HP-UX and configure it on Oracle Applications.
- Manage profile options.
- Manage standard and custom workflow activities.
- Good knowledge of Data protector utility of HP for managing files, RMAN backups.
- Good knowledge of SAM utility for HP-UX platform.
- Giving several sessions to MOF DBA team in E-business suite including some sessions in SYSADMIN tasks.
- Helping Functional consultants in Identifying problems and solving it.
- Helping Developers in tuning the custom reports developed by them.

- Database Setup, Physical & Logical Design.
- RMAN, Online, Offline and Exports are being used as backup methods depending upon the type of database and business requirements.

- RAC Implementation for our production Database.
- Developed Database Triggers, Packages, Stored Procedures & functions.
- Developed scheduling task to perform as a Job.
- Creating Rolls & enrolling users, creating profiles and assigning it to the Users.
- Running Database in Archiving mode ensuring High availability of the Database.
- Performing full recovery from Dropped table.
- Tuning database for better performance & provide 24*7 supports.
- Provide support to developer by rotational on call support
