• Carry out design verification for MDBs, SMDBs, DPs, cables and cable containments sizing, voltage drop and short circuit calculation.
• Carry out design verification for selected lighting luminaires.
• Review and validate the coordination and discrimination study for the protective devices.
• Review the technical submittal of the electrical equipment and confirm their compliance with the project’s employer and contractor requirements.
• Coordinate with other disciplines (Mechanical, Civil and Architecture) regarding the electrical installations.
• Attend the technical meetings called by the employer and contractor to discuss their comments on the technical submittals.
• Share in the technical evaluation of the electrical material suppliers based on their compliance to the international standard, as well as the employer and contractor requirements.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports for the assigned scope of my team.
