• Prepared and executed training plan of the property.
• Conducting and supervising training and development programs for internal guests.
• Assisting in identifying the training needs within the hotel for each department.
• Providing reports of the monthly hotel and departmental training records to the General Manager.
• Monitoring the performance of all team members, and ensuring they are developed to their maximum potential and efficiency.
• Forecasting the annual training budget, monitoring training costs, and preparing budget reports.
• Conducting training for supervisory /managerial personnel in effective techniques for training new employees, on - the - Job training, and off job training. (Departmental Trainers
