 Develop schedules, cash flow, resource histogram & S-curves.
 Prepare resource requirements schedule based on stranded and existing rates.
 Studying contracts documents together with drawings, specifications & BOQ.
 Identify risk by developing and updating project risk register. Quantify, assessing and controlling risks related to the project like tunneling consistency, Emergency shafts and Iconic stations & carry out regular risk reviews, workshops and audits in line with the Risk Management Implementation Plan.
 Highlighting and analyzing the areas of delays as well as suggesting corrective actions such as developing recovery schedules, advice providing additional resources etc.
 Liaise the risk owners to evaluate and agree realistic cost and schedule impacts using qualitative and quantitative techniques.
 Monitoring site progress with reference to related targets by regular updates of project program in order to support successful completion of the project within agreed time frame with optimum cost and best quality.
 Prepare weekly presentation of project status.
 Coordinate with various departments such as procurement, technical and operations
 Attend weekly meeting with the management to review project status and conduct weekly site visits to observe and discuss the

- Develop Schedule base line.
- Assign resources to the Schedule.
- Resource leveling as needed.
- Develop the Executing subsidiary plan.
- Developing the daily, weekly and monthly reports which indicate and control of labor, equipment, materials and including time and cost management.
- Prepare the Cash Flow histogram for forecast.
- Produce S Curve & Resource Histogram (Manpower, Equipment, Cost).
- Prepare the Earned Value Matrices and update the same for Earned Value Analysis.
- Provide weekly, fortnightly & monthly look-ahead schedule to the site construction managers.
- Develop recovery plans & revise the plan on internal and client requirements.
- Update the Master Schedule (P6) monthly & prepare monthly progress reports.

-Follow up work performance according to project Schedule base line and update project schedule baseline regularly using primavera soft wear.
- Prepare material submittal needed for project.
- Sending used material samples and manufactures data sheet to the consultant.
-Prepare Material Inspection Request MIR's for materials and send it to the consultant ECG .
- Arranges and participates in conferences between suppliers and engineers, purchasers, inspectors, and other company personnel to facilitate material inspection.

- Member of the snag list team controlling the quality of the finished work.
Executing the remaining work and handing over the completed units to the owner (Emaar).

Responsible of a zone consisting of 9 under construction buildings under supervision of senior engineer.
