●Analyzing Sales department's training needs and developing new training programs based on this analysis.
●Design and execute the yearly calendar of training and development activities allover KSA, and regularly update this calendar to be matched with any updates happening in business.
●Designing training and development modules that implement strategic business practices and organizational behavior training concepts to achieve the overall organizational objectives.
●Presenting training and development information via role playing, simulations and team exercises as an off-the-job practice to insure the optimum preparation of the field force.
●Give accurate feedback about employee’s performance with cooperation of sales managers to ensure achieving training and development planned objectives.
●Pro-actively develop training sessions oriented on development of commercial knowledge and skills of the field force.
●Perform and facilitate training sessions, workshops and presentations along with the field force and managers.
●Administration and delivery of the training modules including organization of training and meeting venues and finalizing all related logistics with concerned persons.
●Reporting of all training modules delivered and the collation of all businesses and attendees to ensure the optimum follow up of sales managers in order to guarantee the implementation of all skills and knowledge that have been taught to the field force.
●Attending all seminars and training sessions required for the advancement the field trainer as much as possible.
●Make sure that the marketing message is delivered clear and correct during the daily work of the field force members.
●Ensure that the use of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system is implemented in a pre-agreed way to insure the optimum facilitation of daily businesses of the field force.
●Adapt to the requirements of SPIMACOs’ strategic goals and develop training and development goals that help in achieving of these overall organizational strategic goals.
●Handle and master all equipment supplied to the field trainer enabling the execution of the related job responsibilities.
●Developing and designing the launch events of all newly launched products within SPIMACO including all launch activities with learning-based design that help responsible teams to fully digest the new product’s information and marketing message through comprehensive role-plays sessions and team-working competitions. In addition, moderating these events to ensure execution of the designed plan.
●Developing and designing of post-launch event training and development plan for field force teams responsible for newly launched products including intensive three-weeks plan of in-office role plays, presentations and on-the-job coaching visits.
●Developing and designing assessment centers for job posts inside SPIMACO including all assessment stages, recording results and announcing the winners.
●Participating in interviewing and evaluating new candidates who want to join SPIMACO giving recommendations supporting the final managerial decision makers.
