1-Executes overall activities of location such as receiving, order fulfillment, shipping, etc. in compliance with space availability, production output, order requirements, and business plans.
2-Coordinates functions of production and inventory control and manages inventory levels. Serves as a liaison among various departments to provide efficient customer service and resolves difficulties.
3- Maintains methods and policies to ensure the most efficient and economical movement of materials into and out of the location.
4- Works in administering price and delivery strategies. Executes strategic plans for order processing systems.
5- Ensures resources are best utilized to achieve both short- and long-term goals.
6- Analyzes and evaluates problems with inventory, delivery, and/or sales orders. Recommends solutions, Provides periodic reports to management
7- Tracks sales shipments, delivery, billing and backlog activity.
8- Administers systems to minimize raw material inventories to make stock more healthy while reducing
purchasing cost and maximizing customer service.
9- Managing about 1300 working refs ( SKU ).
10- Managing rump up and rump down products with the offer managers.
11-Resposible for receiving demand forecast from the front offices sales and marketing teams and applying it on SAP to be considered on the target period.
12- Plan weekly the local adaptation workshop with close daily follow up.
