Responsibilities:
-Manage the full life cycle of recruitment projects within the allocated business area driving these to successful completion by leading.
-supervision team contain 6 employee engaging and briefing sourcing team to source and identify best talents from the market. Divided recruitment teams to 2 small groups to make work follow up very easy .
-Review and endorse manpower plan, including identifying manpower requirements in coordination with other departments and highlighting vacancies to be filled within specific timelines.
- Review and endorse recruitment process and criteria.
-Analyzes the recruitment process performance, prepares the recruitment dashboards, presents dashboards, recommends changes to the recruitment process and implements changes.
-Analyzes the performance of recruitment agencies, the cost per hire, time to hire and recommends changes and improvements.
-Tracks the list of the recruitment agencies and their terms and conditions; introduces standardized terms and conditions for the recruitment vendors if possible.
-Prepare and submit reports to the Management regarding the status of recruitment, Provide advice on recruitment strategies, procedures and market conditions.
-Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.
-Develop and maintain all job descriptions, updating and maintaining job postings on our in house Recruitment System and external portals .
- Follow up and coordinate with recruitment channels, Work closely with assigned business’ HRMs to deliver recruitment needs .
-Coordination with other departments to complete the procedures for the appointment and orientation of new staff.
-Contribute to the establishment recruitment commission for select suitable candidates.
-Measures the performance of HR Recruiters and provides feedback to them.
-Review employment contracts and ensure they are in line with approval, job offer letters and assure contained all needed documents .
-Follow up Visa statement and transaction processing for obtaining new visas.
Responsibilities:
-Screening CV’s based on predefined criteria given by upper management /Recruiting manager to arrange Short listing and filing CV’s for future uses.
-Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.
-Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
-Preparation of Job offers letters in coordination with the recruiting manager.
-Communication and coordination with new candidates regarding terms of employments and then steps for travel and joining.
-Follow up candidates procedures for submitting visa in different country.
-Responsible for internal recruitment .
-Coordinate with overseas recruitment agency .
-Arrange all procedures for any recruitment trip .
-Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.
- Analyzes the recruitment software and recommends and implements changes to it
-Identifies difficult job vacancies and investigates the best recruitment approach for them
-Keeps the documentation of the recruitment process up to date
-Trains new HR Recruiters (induction program).
-Manages new employee relocation by determining new employee requirements; negotiating with movers; arranging temporary housing; providing community introductions.
Responsibilities:
-Renewal and issuance of residency & passports of employee .
-All dealings with the Labor Office and the Institute for passports and immigration
-Treat with the Website of the Ministry of Labor.
-Following up the governmental pursuer for all issues related to employees official works (reentry visa, other official papers) manually and Muqeem system.
-Following up the yearly task of visa, work permit and insurance renewals.
-Knowing about all government transaction in kingdom of Saudi Arabia .
-Write letters and correspondence addressed to government departments.
-Assistant of Administrative manager and Personnel Officer.
-Follow up annual and probation period performance appraisal for all staff with different Dept.
-Prepare Employment contracts for new staff and.
-Writing job offer letters for new employee
-Enter new employee data to system, and updating HR System
-Follow up employee's vacation and arrange replacements.
-Manually and electronic archiving for all staff documents and employees files .
-Booking airline tickets for Employees .
-Issue visa of different countries in the world.
-Company registration in websites for government bid.
